i like its location very much

its seaviews are very nice
should be the best place to see the night views


the hotel in playa pie de la cuesta
which is very comfortable
cant be described in words



the hotel in mexico city
looks very 5-star
both outside and inside


the hotel in playa del carmen
a little bit far away from city center
quite quiet in night time

i am happy about the hotels arranged in this trip
it is important for me to share them with u
wish they can help u in the future
there is no bad hotel in this trip
most of them have high speed internet access
i can upload my photos during the trip

kind pacific mexicans

the locals at playa pie de la cuesta are very kind.
they invite us to join their meaningful activities
so that we wont miss the process of
releasing the sea turtles into the pacific ocean.

we can join the local people releasing baby sea turtle as part of the turtle protection program.

wish in one day, we can see the turtle in hk during its pacific trip and
the turtle can return back to playa pie de la cuesta

A great experience

I just come back to Hong Kong after my long vacation today. I found that all my "mission" have all been completed. The motivation on this trip is becaues of the world tour of Madonna (she is always the best to me), I finally chose Atlanta and Mexico to be my destination.

I am so happy that I was in front row in Atlanta Madonna tour, I can't imagine and i never imagine I can be that close to Madonna, it was just like a dream to me.

Mexico is another great surprise to me. I have never thought that I would miss and love mexico so much. Not because of the wonderful attraction and history, but the basic, peaceful, pure, and the friendly mexicans bring me a lot of memory.

I took Alaska airlines yesterday from Mexico back to LA, I can still remember last time i took Alaska airline from Barrow to Fairbanks, we met a local Eskimo and he told me his life in Alaska and how he kills seal.

These are the great experience and memory to me, I will never forget! ... lourdes

Tulum, Mexico

I totally agree that Tulum is the most beautiful ruins of Maya. Not only peoples, but also the lizard is being attracted by the stunning scene, maybe the Caribbean Sea is really attractive to him/her and it becomes the lonely travel watcher everyday ... lourdes

Caribbean Sea, Mexico

I have no attraction, and just stay in Playa del Carmen for a leisure time today. Blue sky, clear water with white sand beach, it should be a nice place to enjoy holiday (I wonder) ... lourdes

Chichen Itza, Mexico

Another attraction in Yucatan Peninsula apart from the Caribbean Sea is Chichen Itza, the most famous and best restored Maya sites ... lourdes
The upper pyramid is El Castillo, it is the Maya calender which formed by stone.
The lower one is the military facilities.

Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Come to the final destination of my trip, here is Playa del Carmen in Yucatan. It lies next to the Caribbean Sea. Since this is Caribbean Sea, every tourist all over the world comes together to enjoy sunshines and beaches. Even though peoples were playing beach soccer, but it brings to me a very different feelings ... lourdes

Teotihuacan, Mexico

Teotihuacan is the biggest ancient city in Mexico. I am lucky to have a look at the real pyramid apart from the shenzhen fake one ... lourdes

Taxco, Mexico

Taxco is a gorgeous and most picturesque city in Mexico, the government and the local laws help to preserve the old buildings here, it makes Taxco unique and beautiful place. I only stayed here for 3 hours, if anyone interested, I would suggest to stay here overnight or even more ... lourdes

Goodbye ... My Pie de la Cuesta

I am lucky and happy to be in Pie de la Cuesta for a short stay. For some peoples, pie de la cuesta is not a special place at all,just the white sand beach, and the rough Pacific Ocean, no other attraction, no shopping mall, no souvenir shops, no tourist information centre, which they can be all found in cities. But for me, I spent a very happy moment here with all the "pure" mexicans. I didn't "pay" for their kindness, I didn't "pay" for their passion, but they do! I am so touched by them, they treat me as if we are friends, I cried when i left this place, I cried when i packed my stuff, I cry while i am writing. I am glad i love to travel, and the most important is I love to go by myself, even though I have to make preparation beforehead, I would come across problems and difficulties during the journey, but they are all just little things to me. I am sure I will not forget those happy moments that I experienced during my last few years' travel, I grow up from them, which it can't be learnt from books! ... lourdes

Goodbye ! Pie de la Cuesta....

To be honest, I was cried when I leaving Pie de la Cuesta 10 years ago and I have no chance to say goodbye to Jack...and I knew he passed away until yesterday. I was very sad, but after 24 hours thinking I feel better now. At least I have some good friends I met there and this will be last for my life time long. However, I still missing Pie de la Cuesta so much from time to time, I don't know I still have chance to go back there or not. But even if will go back the same place, but the people and time has already change, only my memory in 1998 will last forever. So, this is the most important thing and all you guys I met there will be forever in my heart no matter financial tsunami or global warming.... Eddie

Unforgettable experience at Pie de la Cuesta

It was not a special day for me until the sunset time. Everybody came together at the beach, and playing beach soccer. They played music, it's just like a party. And right after the beach soccer, everybody got a baby sea turtle on their hand ... so am i, and let them walk and swim to the pacific ocean ... I am so happy to be one of them to release the baby sea turtle, both Mexican and the baby sea turtles are so lovely in Pie de la Cuesta ... lourdes

I just spent no more than 24 hours in Acapulco, it is a big city in Mexico, many peoples, chaotic traffic, speaking spanish ... but when i was in my hotel, i just think Acapulco is beautiful as a charming lady :), it is lovely ... lourdes
